1. Information We Collect

When you use NexTap, we collect information that helps us provide a better networking experience. This includes:

• Profile data (Name, Job Title, Company, Bio)
• Social media handles and professional links
• Analytics data (Taps, Location-estimates, Interaction times)
• Account credentials (Email, Password)

2. NFC Security

Your NexTap physical card does not store your private data. It contains a uniquely encrypted secure token that points to your digital profile. If you lose your card, you can instantly break the link from your dashboard, rendering the card useless to any unauthorized person.

3. Data Sharing

NexTap will never sell your data. We only share information with third-party services that you explicitly connect to (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for CRM integration purposes.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other international privacy laws, you have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. Our "Self-Destruct" feature in the settings allows you to wipe all NexTap records permanently in one click.
